Stephanie Heiring

Stephanie Heiring is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Strategic Advisory for Commercial Real Estate at Wells Fargo, a position held since August 2017. With a strong background in corporate development, Stephanie has played a pivotal role in high-profile divestitures exceeding $12 billion, overseeing the due diligence process and managing strategic equity investments in early-stage companies. Prior experience at Wells Fargo includes roles as Corporate Development Senior Consultant and Financial Analyst, where comprehensive regulatory and industry analysis was conducted to aid bank clients in optimizing balance sheets. Stephanie began at Wells Fargo as a Summer Financial Analyst, focusing on credit reporting and risk mitigation. Earlier, a marketing internship at Delta Sky Magazine provided experience in data analysis for content publishing. Stephanie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dickinson College in 2017, following graduation from Wayzata High School in 2013.
