Thornton Karen

Thornton Karen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Software Quality Assurance Test Lead at Wells Fargo since September 2014, Thornton has successfully facilitated automated regression testing in the transition to Agile methodologies and has worked closely with scrum teams on manual regression test execution. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of WebOpulence LLC, a web design and marketing company, and a Senior System Consultant Analyst at Verizon, where Thornton managed change requests and resolved complex software issues. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from Strayer University, among other certifications in project management and web design.
