Kristen Casteel is an experienced professional with a strong background in product design and sourcing, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer and Senior Product Manager at Wells Lamont LLC since March 2018. Previously, Kristen held various roles at Jockey International, Inc., including Manager of Corporate and Western Hemisphere Sourcing, where significant achievements included leading a re-sourcing initiative that reduced COGS by over $10 million annually. Additionally, Kristen has experience in product development and technical design, having worked with notable companies like One Step Ahead, Wormser Company, and Sears, Roebuck and Co.
