Theresa Chip has over two decades of experience in human resources, with a focus on directing HR operations. Theresa started their career as a Social Worker at Options, Inc. in 1994. Theresa then worked as an HR Assistant at The Marmon Group from 1998 to 2001, and briefly returned to the company in 2002-2003.
In 2003, Theresa joined The Marmon Group again, this time as a Benefits Analyst. Theresa later held the position of Human Resources Supervisor, where they trained and supervised Benefits Analysts and assisted with recruitment. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for compensation management, recruitment, and consulting on employee-related matters.
Theresa then joined Wells Lamont LLC in 2010 as the Director of Human Resources, where they developed and implemented HR strategies and policies to support the company's mission.
Prior to their current role, Theresa worked as the Director of Human Resources at Marmon Retail Electrical Products from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Campbell Hausfeld, a major subsidiary of the Marmon Group that specializes in manufacturing air compressors and related products.
Theresa Chip completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Marquette University, graduating between 1990 and 1994.
