Brian Aho

VP, Operations at Wells Vehicle Electronics

Brian Aho is currently the VP of Operations at Wells Vehicle Electronics. Brian has over 16 years of experience in the engineering field, with a focus on quality control. Brian started their career as a quality engineer at Burton Industries Inc., where they provided continuous improvement techniques and methods for a highly credited electronic assembly plant to ensure quality products and processes. Brian thencoordinated the return authorizations process and developed new quality control process monitoring programs to improve yields and minimize customer returns through the Non-conforming material and corrective action processes. Brian was also the inspection supervisor who oversaw all inspectors and both Automated Optical Inspection machines in the manufacturing process. Brian was later assigned the Quality Manager duties from March to October of 2008.

After leaving Burton Industries, Brian took a position as a quality engineer at Plexus Corp. There, they provided on-site technical support and repairs on electrical components for the Sequoia Ultra Sound Machine circuit boards. Brian also designed, conducted, and analyzed equipment tests and compared field results to laboratory and prototype test results. Brian's job duties included repairing printed circuit boards, designing and implementing system enhancements, testing voltage, resistance, and phase angles in circuits, preparing and maintaining all equipment used in safety and compliance testing, constructing instrument panels, drafting specification drawings, performing preventive maintenance, and interface with process and equipment engineers to evaluate system changes.Brian's experience and dedication to their work has made him an invaluable asset to Wells Vehicle Electronics.

Brian Aho earned their degree in electrical engineering from Northern Michigan University. Brian also completed a degree in general studies from Ontonagon Area High School. Brian then went on to earn their MBA from Northern Michigan University College of Business.
