Esteban Vargas Cruz

Esteban Vargas Cruz serves as the Automation Leader and Project Engineer at Wells Vehicle Electronics since October 2016, overseeing the automation department and developing manufacturing equipment. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for new product implementation and improvements at the Reynosa facility, as well as a Project Engineer at MDesign, focusing on engineering solutions and transitioning to Manufacturing 4.0. Esteban has also held positions including Manager of Mechanical Assembly and Mechanical Designer at MDI, where responsibilities ranged from machining and welding to customer service and equipment design. In academia, Esteban is a university professor at Instituto Tecnológico de Reynosa. Esteban holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, a Core Tool Certification in Industrial Engineering, and a Black Belt Six Sigma in Statistics.
