David Gloss Ms

David Gloss MS, PMP is an experienced project manager currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager in the Program Management Office at WellSense Health Plan since August 2022. Previously, David held the position of Associate Partner in strategy and innovation at Gateway Health, where key leadership was demonstrated in organizing Medicare and Medicaid projects to enhance healthcare outcomes. As a Healthcare Consultant at SMI, David innovated public health programs to support communities in need, and as the Clinical Care & Outreach Program Manager at Pittsburgh Mercy, David coordinated healthcare for over 9,300 homeless and underserved patients while securing substantial federal grants. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Point Park University.
