Kara O'Connor

Kara O'Connor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational change and project management. Currently serving as Organizational Change Manager at Reliance Matrix and holding multiple roles at WellSense Health Plan, including Director of Change Management, Business Analyst, and Program Manager, Kara also founded Change Wisely LLC, providing consulting services in change management, strategic planning, and internal communications. Prior experience includes leading the People Practice at The Gunter Group, project management roles at Merkle, and insights and analytics work at WE Communications. Kara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Central Washington University.
