Drake Stafford

Drake Stafford is a seasoned professional with a robust background in compensation strategy and management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Compensation Strategy at WellSky since August 2022, Drake previously held the position of Total Rewards Manager at Minted and has extensive experience in various roles at Cerner Corporation, including Senior Compensation Analyst. In addition to expertise in compensation, Drake has demonstrated leadership as the Head Cheerleading Coach for Kansas Athletics since November 2018. Drake's early career includes roles as a tutor at Oklahoma State University and a part owner of DMT Lawn Service, complemented by an actuarial internship at Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Drake holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Oklahoma State University, earned in 2017.
