Joel Norton

Joel Norton has extensive experience in various product management roles in the healthcare and technology industries. Joel is currently the Senior Vice President - Product Management at WellSky Home, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Joel worked as a Principal Product Manager - Technical at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2022 to 2023. Joel also served as the Vice President, Product Management - Interoperability at Homecare Homebase from 2021 to 2022. In addition, Joel has a long history with Cerner Corporation, where they held several roles, including Sr. Director, Product Management - CareAware, Director, CareAware Products, Lead Product Manager, and Sr. Product Manager. Joel also worked as a Sr. Project Manager/PMO Lead - ITWorks and Process Architect/Sr. Team Lead during their time at Cerner Corporation. Before joining Cerner Corporation, Joel gained experience as a Software Architect/Sr. Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Archer Technologies. Throughout their career, Joel has been responsible for various aspects of product management, including strategy development, business development, and project management.

Joel Norton attended Iowa State University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Additionally, they received a Cerner Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2016.
