Rachel Clements

Rachel Clements has a diverse work experience. Rachel started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they assisted in conducting experiments to study the cognitive abilities of infants. Rachel then worked as a Dental Hygiene Assistant at Thomas Family Dental, where their responsibilities included cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, greeting patients, and observing dental procedures. Following that, they gained experience as a Clinical Research Assistant at the VA Medical Center in Providence, RI, before transitioning to WellSky as a Partnership Analyst. In their role at WellSky, Rachel collaborated with hospital and payor partners nationwide to onboard their post-acute provider network to the CarePort system, executed trainings for hospital sponsors and their provider network, provided project oversight and support, and served as a trusted advisor to customers.

Rachel Clements attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences.
