Russell Rutledge

Russell Rutledge is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Senior Director of InnerSource and Collaboration at WellSky since September 2021, where the focus is on integrating InnerSource into the company's software delivery process. Additionally, Russell directs the InnerSource Commons Foundation, the main industry hub for InnerSource training and knowledge, and has contributed as a conference speaker on related topics. Previous positions include Head of Developer Collaboration and Director of Developer Community at Nike, where collaborative infrastructure and continuous delivery strategies were supported. Russell's early career included notable roles at Microsoft in the OneDrive and Windows Live divisions, alongside software development internships. Russell holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College.
