TJ Lewis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer solutions. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Support Analyst at WellSky since September 2018, TJ has held multiple leadership roles, including Technical Support Team Leader and Technical Support Lead. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Support Lead and Enterprise Technical Support at Kinnser Software (now part of WellSky) from October 2015 to September 2018, and working as a Customer Solutions/R retention Specialist at Time Warner Cable from April 2014 to October 2015. TJ's career began at Torchy's Tacos in a Front of House role from March 2011 to April 2014. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Music Management from Austin Community College, completed in 2014, following studies at Westwood High School, where graduation occurred in 2009.
