Bob Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Bob began their career as a reporter for the Hanover Evening Sun, where they covered education, government, and political issues. During this time, they were recognized for their reporting efforts and received a Pennsylvania Keystone award. Following their time as a reporter, Reilly worked as a consultant and writer for Aggregates Manager, where they wrote magazine articles. In 2001, they joined U.S. Congressman Todd Platts' team as a Legislative Assistant, managing the Congressman's Adams County office. Reilly then served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Todd Platts, overseeing district offices and acting as a senior advisor to the Congressman. In 2013, they transitioned to a similar role as Deputy Chief of Staff for U.S. Congressman Scott Perry. Finally, in 2018, Reilly joined WellSpan Health, where they initially served as a Government Relations Officer and later became the Vice President and Government Relations Officer.

Bob Reilly attended Lebanon High School in Lebanon, PA from 1986 to 1989 and obtained a high school degree. Following that, they attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.
