Joy Lutz

Joy Lutz has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as Service Line Administrator and previously holding positions such as Sr. Director of Operations for the Orthopedic Service Line and Director of Operations for the Medicine Service Line, Central Region at WellSpan Health since 2005. Prior to this, Joy worked as a Sr. Practice Manager in both Orthopedics and Cardiothoracic Surgery, along with a role as a Financial Analyst within the Cardiovascular Service Line. Joy began the professional career as a Cost Accountant at Key Plastics, LLC from 1999 to 2005. Academically, Joy holds a Master of Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
