Kamalakar Jasti has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Kamalakar currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Analytics Officer for WellSpan Health, where they have established an Analytics Center of Excellence and implemented various analytics initiatives, including a Total Cost of Care framework for population health and predictive analytics for COVID-19 planning.

Prior to this, Kamalakar worked as the Executive Director for Population Health and Enterprise Data & Analytics at SSM Health, where they developed strategies and implemented program governance for value-based care payment and interoperability. Kamalakar also led the implementation of EPIC Healthy Planet across all regions to improve care management processes.

Before joining SSM Health, Kamalakar served as a Senior Advisory Consultant for healthcare IT and enterprise analytics at IQVIA. Kamalakar played a key role in setting up the Texoma Health Information Exchange and facilitated its participation by regional hospitals, physician groups, and independent physicians.

Kamalakar's earlier work experience includes positions at Mercy, Anheuser-Busch, and Union Pacific Railroad. At Mercy, they provided leadership for various product lines in health analytics and product line management. At Anheuser-Busch, they served as a Technical Lead and Software Engineer, primarily focusing on data and integration architecture. And at Union Pacific Railroad, they worked as a Software Engineer.

Kamalakar Jasti completed their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their Masters in Information Systems from Northern Illinois University from 1993 to 1994. Kamalakar also holds a Masters degree in Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they completed from 1988 to 1993.
