Kimberly Brister

Kimberly Brister has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Kimberly began their career at Dentsply International Inc. as an HR Generalist, where they handled employee relations, staff development, recruitment, and benefits. Kimberly also took responsibility for the development and maintenance of EEO reports and Affirmative Action Plans. In 2006, they joined WellSpan Health as a Senior Human Resources Representative, where they coordinated executive-level recruiting efforts and established relationships with outsourcing agencies. Kimberly later became the Manager of Human Resources, where they developed and implemented staff recognition programs and addressed employee concerns. Kimberly then transitioned to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment efforts and collaborating with senior leadership to identify top talent. Kimberly Brister's most recent role at WellSpan Health is the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, where they focused on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Officer, continuing to contribute to WellSpan Health's commitment to diversity and inclusivity.

Kimberly Brister holds a Certified Professional Diversity Coach (CPDC) certification from the Coach Diversity Institute. Kimberly completed a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate Program from Cornell University in 2019. In 2010, they earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, they obtained a BSBM in Management from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Kimberly'seducation journey started with an AS in Business Management from Western International University in 2006.
