Kimberly Brister has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Kimberly began their career at Dentsply International Inc. as an HR Generalist, where they handled employee relations, staff development, recruitment, and benefits. In 2006, they joined WellSpan Health as a Senior Human Resources Representative, where they coordinated executive-level recruiting efforts and established relationships with outsourcing agencies. Kimberly then transitioned to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment efforts and collaborating with senior leadership to identify top talent. Kimberly Brister's most recent role at WellSpan Health is the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, where they focused on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Officer, continuing to contribute to WellSpan Health's commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
