Melissa Heath

Melissa Heath, M.S.Ed., currently serves as the Manager of Instructional Strategies and Innovation at WellSpan Health, a role held since October 2007, where collaboration with a team of Instructional Designers enhances learner engagement and knowledge retention. Previous positions at WellSpan include Instructional Design Coordinator and eLearning Instructional Design Coordinator, which involved leadership in expanding learning opportunities and integrating e-Learning initiatives. Melissa's earlier experience includes roles as Multimedia Developer and Learning Technologies Team Leader, advancing blended educational methods. Additionally, Melissa has taught dance at BDazzled Dance Studios, instructed group fitness classes at Gold's Gym, and held a VP position with Central PA ASTD. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Education Technology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
