Nicole Werksman

Nicole Werksman is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in Strategy and Planning at WellSpan Health since October 2023, Nicole previously held multiple roles at Highmark Health from 2013 to 2023, including Manager of Consumer Alignment Analytics and Program Manager. Prior to Highmark Health, Nicole worked at Zimmer Biomet as a Senior Account Analyst and Account Analyst from 2002 to 2013, and began a career at Clark Hill Law as an IT Help Desk Support Analyst from 2000 to 2002. Nicole earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management Systems from Duquesne University.
