Victoria Chronister

Victoria Chronister began their work experience in 2012 as a Guest Service Representative at Holiday Inn Express. Victoria then moved on to Metro Bank, where they worked as a Vault Teller, handling transactions and maintaining member accounts. In 2013, they joined Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, responsible for store operations, training, and inventory management. Victoria later became an Assistant Store Manager, overseeing sales, customer service, and employee schedules. From 2018 to 2019, Victoria worked at LA Fitness as an Operations Manager, implementing processes, improving performance, and mentoring team members. In 2021, they joined WellSpan Health as the Lead Imaging Information Specialist, supervising staff, managing scheduling and quality assurance processes, and resolving internal and external issues. Victoria also worked as a Foundations Pregnancy Support Services Community Health Worker, advocating for patients and their families and referring them to other providers. Currently, Victoria is working at Sodexo as a Starbucks Licensed Store Manager/Retail Manager III, where they oversee store operations, manages staff and inventory, and develops strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Victoria Chronister earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Sociology from Arizona State University in the years 2015-2019. Prior to that, they attended HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 2011-2014. Victoria completed their high school education at Dallastown Area Senior High School from 2007-2011. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained several certifications, including Child Passenger Safety Technician from Safe Kids Worldwide in June 2023, CPR & AED from the American Heart Association in August 2022, and Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC) from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) in April 2015 to name a few.
