Melih Şahin

Melih Şahin has extensive work experience in manufacturing and operations. Melih is currently the Head of Manufacturing at Wellspect HealthCare Turkey, where they lead a production team of 170 employees. Melih utilizes their expertise in lean production techniques and performance measures to ensure maximum quality and productivity targets while prioritizing occupational safety, employee morale, sustainability, and discipline.

Prior to this, Melih worked as an Operation Manager at International Armored Group, where they successfully set up a fully operational factory for the production of ballistic glass. Melih was responsible for architectural drawings, machine layouts, and purchasing materials for the factory's infrastructure.

Melih also served as the Manufacturing & Planning Responsible at AKASU TEKNOLOJİLERİ, contributing significantly to the company's success in a short period of time. Melih'sresponsibilities included raw material and manufacturing planning, warehouse and stock management, and implementing new production techniques and product development practices.
