Lynn Flather

Lynn Flather has extensive experience in healthcare and sales, currently serving as the Commercial Sustainability Engagement Lead for Wellspect HealthCare in the UK since August 2010, where a strong focus on making a positive impact within the NHS is emphasized. Prior to this role, Flather was a Sales Manager for the North region, managing a team and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Previous positions include senior sales specialist at Astra Tech, where Flather was recognized as Sales Person of the Year in 2009, and nurse advisor at B.Braun, developing educational packages for clinicians. Flather began a career in nursing at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, specializing in urology and gynaecology, and holds a nursing degree from North Trent College of Nursing and Midwifery.
