Cecilia Ventura

Cecilia Ventura is an experienced grants officer currently serving at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund since January 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with program staff throughout the grant life cycle, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and internal policies for both domestic and international grants. Prior to this, Cecilia worked as a Grants Management Associate at Wellspring Advisors and served as an independent consultant for the Center for Democracy in the Americas. Additional experience includes a contracted position as a Development Operations Associate at the Center for Public Integrity, and over seven years at Common Cause in various roles such as Executive Office Manager and Development Associate.
