Nina Kachanova

Nina Kachanova is a highly experienced financial leader with a strong background in accounting and operations management. Currently serving as Controller at Wellspring Worldwide since October 2024, Nina previously held key controller positions at Digibee and Empowered Diagnostics, where responsibilities included overseeing global accounting operations and directing financial strategies for startups in the SaaS and biotech sectors, respectively. Nina has demonstrated expertise in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle management through various roles, including Director of Billing Operations at White Sands Treatment Center and Director of Finance and Operations at Urgent Medical Billing. Educated with an MBA and a BA in International Business and Finance from Florida International University, Nina also possesses an A.A. in Accounting from Daytona State College.
