Debbie Dobson

Debbie Dobson currently serves as the Director of Lean Healthcare Operations at Wellstar Health System since February 2022. Prior experience includes being the Enterprise Director of Employee Experience, Well-being and Talent Solutions at Sanford Health, where oversight was provided for a $6M operations budget and areas that defined employee culture and experience. Debbie has also held significant roles at SCL Health, focusing on experience strategy and performance improvement, and at St. Joseph Health, where performance improvement and risk management initiatives were developed. An early career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida included various roles in health insurance operations. Debbie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership, both from Baker University.
