Este Jordan

Este Jordan, PhD, ACC, serves as the Director of Organization Development at Wellstar Health System since January 2023. Concurrently, Este holds the position of Director of Faculty Success and Professor at Kennesaw State University since July 2015, leading a team focused on professional and organizational development for faculty and leaders. Este's extensive experience includes roles at Georgia Institute of Technology, where Este facilitated faculty development initiatives and taught various courses. Este's prior positions include strategic planning at IRI, an account manager role at Pacific Titanium, and legislative work with the U.S. House of Representatives and Citizens Against Government Waste. Este is currently pursuing a Master’s in Adult Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development at The University of Georgia, complementing a Ph.D. in Political Science earned at the same institution.
