Kelly Trummer

Kelly Trummer, MS, PHR, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Wellstar Health System, one of Georgia's largest not-for-profit healthcare systems. In this role, Kelly provides strategic leadership and oversight for the talent acquisition function. Previously, Kelly held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition and Lead HR Business Partner at Southcoast Health, where significant advancements in diversity, inclusion, and community partnerships were achieved. Additional experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner at Yale New Haven Health, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Randstad USA. Kelly began career in healthcare recruitment as a Senior Clinical Recruiter with Eastridge Workforce Solutions. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.
