Kristen Wilkey

Kristen Wilkey, MS, LAT, ATC, OPA-C, OTC, currently serves as the Practice Manager for GME Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at Wellstar Health System since January 2022, following various managerial roles within the same department. Prior to Wellstar, Kristen worked at Northside Hospital from January 2014 to January 2022 as a Certified Athletic Trainer under Dr. Stephanie Hsu, gaining extensive clinical, operations, and managerial experience across multiple locations. Additional experience includes serving as Head Athletic Trainer at Gwinnett Medical Center, overseeing athletic programs at Georgia State University, and roles at Peachtree Orthopedics and several other healthcare institutions. Kristen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Sport Management from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Management/Administration with an emphasis on Athletic Training from Southeast Missouri State University.
