Maxine Whitus

Maxine Whitus is an experienced professional with a diverse background in contract analysis, auditing, and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Contracts Analyst at Wellstar Health System since October 2015, Maxine leads contract analysis for multiple departments, including Facility Development and Real Estate. Previous roles at Wellstar included Construction Project Controls Analyst and Senior Contract Specialist, where Maxine developed contracts, analyzed proposals, and resolved vendor issues. Prior experience includes auditing at Wellstar, financial roles at Purdue University, and project management at Jacobs Engineering.
