Michael Dillard, LSSBB, currently serves as a Lean Management System Consultant at Wellstar Health System since March 2022. With a robust background in organizational training and process improvement, Michael has held various leadership roles including Project Leader for Process Safety Management Deployment at Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., and Organizational Development & Safety Management at Schweid & Sons. Additional experience includes providing consulting services as an Independent Consultant, specializing in business improvement and compliance training, and holding managerial positions in corporate wellness, risk management, and crisis management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Temple University College of Engineering.
