Rayshawn Marshman

Rayshawn Marshman, RACR, currently serves as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at Wellstar Health System, a position held since June 2021, previously holding roles as Director and Regional Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Rayshawn was a Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition at Piedmont Healthcare and worked in various talent acquisition roles at WellStar from 2016 to 2020, among other positions in distinct organizations such as Grady Health System and Modis. With a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and human resources, including responsibilities for full life cycle recruiting, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement, Rayshawn has cultivated a robust expertise in sourcing and selecting diverse talent. Educational credentials include a BS in Psychology and Human Services from Clayton State University and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University Atlanta.
