Victoria Smith

Victoria Smith, RACR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at Wellstar Health System since November 2020. In this role, Victoria oversees recruitment projects, manages the CNA Trainee program, and collaborates with Nurse Excellency for strategic planning. Previously, Victoria held several leadership positions at Piedmont Healthcare, managing a team of recruiters and supporting multiple hospitals. Victoria also contributed to Aflac as the Senior College Recruiter and earlier roles, focusing on internship programs and recruitment strategies. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbus State University.
