Katia Malashyna-de Jong, FCCA, is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in optimizing business processes and leading enterprise systems initiatives. Currently a Freelancer at Welltech since December 2024, Katia previously held senior positions at WeTransfer, including VP Operations and VP Enterprise Information Systems, where responsibilities spanned strategic operational planning and enterprise systems development. Katia has also contributed significantly to finance systems management at Takeaway.com and PVH (Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein), focusing on automation and integration of financial systems. Additionally, Katia’s early career included roles at Deloitte and TMF Group, emphasizing audit engagements and structured finance services. An active member of Dutch Works Council, Katia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Belarusian State Economic University and holds the FCCA designation from ACCA.
