Maks Shtompil

Maks Shtompil is a seasoned Lead Product Designer currently enhancing the Muscle Booster product at Welltech since September 2020, where significant increases in user retention and activation have been achieved through innovative features and an overarching design vision. Previously, Maks was a Lead Product Designer at Relify, developing products from inception and significantly improving retention and engagement, as well as a Senior Product Designer at Walkfit, focusing on feature creation and redesign. As a member of BADideas.fund, Maks invests in emerging startups across CEE/CIS and serves as a curator and mentor at Projector Institute. With a robust background leading design teams at Postmen DA and extensive experience in UX/UI design for prominent brands, Maks combines strategic vision with practical execution. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from NULES and earlier studies at CSBC.
