Adam Hanau

Adam Hanau has a diverse work experience spanning various legal and real estate roles. Adam is currently the VP, Legal at Welltower Inc., where they previously served as the AVP, Legal. Prior to joining Welltower, Adam worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a Real Estate Associate, representing clients in various real estate transactions. Adam also had a role as a Summer Associate at the same firm. Adam gained experience in the public sector as a Legal Intern at the New York State Housing Finance Agency/State of New York Mortgage Agency. Additionally, they have experience in project management and architectural consulting through their positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Gannett Fleming.

Adam Hanau attended New York University School of Law from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they studied at Columbia Engineering. Adam graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Structural Engineering.
