Keith Clipp

Keith Clipp has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Keith is currently serving as the Vice President of Development and Construction at Welltower Inc. where they drive transformation in healthcare infrastructure. Prior to this, Keith worked as the Vice President and Project Manager at BB Living Residential from 2020 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they held various Construction Leadership roles at Taylor Morrison. Keith's career started in the US Army in 1995, where they served as a Field Grade Officer in different positions of increased responsibility and authority, including roles in construction management and leading teams in Afghanistan.

Keith Clipp has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Secondary Education from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained in 1993. Keith also holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Webster University, completed in 2003. Furthermore, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and completed the Operations degree program in 2011, as well as the Advanced Operations Course in 2012. In terms of certifications, Keith Clipp has completed training in Construction Safety Instruction from the OSHA Safety Training Institute and has received training in Red Cross Instructor Training. Keith has also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
