Krishna Soma

Krishna Soma is Vice President, Corporate Finance at Welltower Inc. and oversees the Company’s capital markets activity. In this role, he leads the execution of public capital markets transactions while maintaining ongoing relationships with investment banks, research analysts and investors. Mr. Soma joined the Company in 2019.

Prior to joining Welltower, Mr. Soma served as a senior analyst at Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate manager with investments across direct property and publicly traded securities. His primary responsibilities included fundamental and quantitative research on real estate securities across the US and Latin America. Prior to his tenure at Invesco, Mr. Soma served as a REIT analyst at Duff & Phelps Investment Management. Prior to Duff & Phelps, he served as a research analyst at Northern Trust Global Investments with coverage of REITs, Homebuilders and Engineering & Construction companies.

Mr. Soma holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and is a CFA Charterholder.
