Melanie Crozier has extensive experience in property management and portfolio management. Melanie started their career at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate in 2006 as a Property Manager, where they oversaw large-scale properties in multiple states. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Health Care REIT as a Senior Property Manager, managing a portfolio of assets and ensuring first-class service. In 2014, they joined Welltower Inc. as an AVP Property Management, where they oversaw a portfolio of properties and spearheaded tenant-retention initiatives. Melanie then progressed to become a Vice President Portfolio Management, responsible for the overall profit and loss of individual assets in a portfolio. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Property Management at Welltower Inc., where they strategically manage approximately 200 properties and oversees a team of 50 individuals, ensuring efficiency and performance. Throughout their career, Melanie has consistently demonstrated their ability to develop talent, cultivate strong relationships with customers, and achieve company goals.
Melanie Crozier holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Marketing from Texas Woman's University, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration from the same university between 1994 and 2001. Currently, they are pursuing a Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown University, starting in 2021. Additionally, Melanie has obtained certifications as a Notary Public of Texas from the National Notary Association and as an RPM Certification from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
