Anita Conlon

Anita Conlon has extensive experience in participant and family engagement, primarily with Wellways Australia since October 2016, where numerous roles have included Participant and Family Engagement Manager and Acting National Manager for Lived Experience Leadership. Anita has contributed to various projects as a Lived Experience Coproduction & Engagement Lead and previously served as a Peer Cadet Coordinator and Consultant. Additional roles include contributing to the Community Redesign Expert Advisory Group for the Victorian Department of Health and Lived Experience Academic at La Trobe University. Education includes a Certificate 4 in Community Services from Melbourne Polytechnic and ongoing studies in Data Science at RMIT University, alongside several professional development courses focused on management, co-design, and workshop facilitation.
