Cony Rolon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the life sciences sector, currently serving as the Global Delivery Leader at Welocalize since March 2021, where responsibilities include delivering services to customers and managing multiple squads. Previous roles at Welocalize span various leadership positions, including Global Transformation Advisor and Delivery Operations Director, focusing on operational transformation, governance, and performance improvement initiatives. Cony’s earlier experience includes managing client and technical services, overseeing quality assurance and project management, as well as contributing to ethnocultural projects aimed at sustainable living for indigenous populations. Cony holds a Post-Graduate degree in Ethnocultural/Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
