Farhat Safa

Farhat Safa, PHR has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. They began their career as an Office Manager at LEVICK in 2018 and held this position until 2020. In 2020, they transitioned to The Knot Worldwide where they worked as an HR Generalist until 2021. They then moved on to PBG Consulting, where they held a similar role as an HR Generalist from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, Farhat joined LEVICK once again, this time as an HR Consultant for a few months. They later joined Welocalize and have since taken on roles as an HR Generalist and currently serve as the HR Operations Lead.

Farhat Safa, PHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology, Law, & Society from George Mason University, which was completed between 2010 and 2015. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Maryland Global Campus, with an expected completion date in 2023. In terms of additional certifications, Farhat has obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in 2023. They have also completed certifications in Workday Beyond Basics from Workday, Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems from LinkedIn, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and Analyze Data with Microsoft Excel from Codecademy. Farhat is also a Notary Public certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
