Fiona Casserly

Fiona Casserly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Fiona began their career at National College of Ireland as an Early Learning Initiative Assistant from October 2008 to April 2010. Fiona then joined An Post as a Business Support Officer from June 2006 to October 2010, where they handled various tasks related to customer accounts and transactions. Fiona worked as an Employment Law Consultant at Peninsula Business Services from October 2010 to October 2011. Fiona then moved on to Carlton Hotels, where they served as a Human Resource Executive from October 2011 to November 2012. Fiona joined Dixons Carphone in November 2012 as an Employee Relations Adviser and later progressed to become an Employee Relations Executive until June 2015. At Welocalize, Fiona held various positions, including European HR Business Partner from June 2015 to October 2020, People Success (HR) Director from October 2020 to May 2022, and currently occupies the role of Head of Global People Success Operations since May 2022.

Fiona Casserly has attended various educational institutions over the years. In 2006, they enrolled at the National College of Ireland and completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree at the Micheal Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2009 to 2010, specializing in Management and Organisation Studies. Continuing their education, Fiona completed a City and Guilds Certificate in Retail Management Development Programme at the Oxford Summer School in 2014.
