Andrea Cleaver

Andrea Cleaver serves as Chief Executive of the Welsh Refugee Council since February 2020, providing strategic leadership to support and empower refugees. Additionally, Andrea has been a Director at Fresh Thinking Hub since August 2019, offering mentorship and coaching to not-for-profit organizations. Andrea's extensive experience of 20 years in the Third Sector includes prior roles such as Head of Development at Wales Millennium Centre, Trustee Director at The Wallich, and Communications & Engagement Manager at The National Lottery Community Fund. Andrea holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Swansea University and a Diploma in Public Relations from CIPR, alongside various professional development courses from prestigious institutions including the University of Cambridge and University of Oxford.
