Lena Binder

Lena Binder has a diverse work experience. Lena started their career in 2011 at BASF, where they worked in Change and Communications until 2013. Lena then joined CEB, now Gartner, as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Lena moved to Welthungerhilfe, where they held various roles including People Development Expert from 2016 to 2018, Executive Assistant to the Board/Vorstandsreferentin from 2018 to 2020, and currently serves as the Head of Engagement.

Lena Binder obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree, Staatsexamen, in Spanish and French at the University of Cologne from 2004 to 2010.
