Prof. Dr. Lars Harden

Prof. Dr. Lars Harden has an extensive background in communication and media management, currently serving as the Managing Director/Associate at aserto: GmbH & Co. KG since 2003, where the focus is on supporting companies and institutions in implementing transformative actions through effective dialogue. Additionally, since February 2017, Lars serves as a Communication Advisor at Welthungerhilfe, contributing as a permanent external member of the marketing committee and as an advisor on the Programme Advisory Board with a focus on communication. Lars has been a Professor at Osnabrück University of Applied Science since September 2007 and previously held a position as a Research Associate at Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media from October 1998 to December 2002. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Communication Research, Media Management, and Philosophy from Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media, completed in 1998, and a Matriculation/Abitur from Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium, Oberhausen, finished in 1992.
