Yousaf Jogezai

Yousaf Jogezai serves as the Regional Representative at Welthungerhilfe (WHH) since January 2023. Previously, Yousaf held the position of Country Director for Malawi at Concern Worldwide from July 2018 to December 2022 and for Turkey with responsibilities that included Syria and Iraq from March 2007 to September 2017. Yousaf's experience also encompasses various roles within Concern Worldwide, including Country Director in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and multiple programme management and assistant director positions in South Sudan, Bangladesh, Sierra Leone, and Pakistan. Earlier in the career, Yousaf worked as Deputy Director of Programmes and Projects Manager at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from June 2005 to March 2007. Yousaf holds an MA in Conflict, Governance and International Development from the University of East Anglia and a certificate in Social Enterprise Management from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
