Arjan de Weger

Arjan de Weger has extensive experience in social domain advisory roles, currently serving as a Buurtcoach and Adviseur Samenlevingsopbouw at Welzijn Capelle since October 2018, and as a Zelfstandig Adviseur Sociaal Domein at WelZoCreatief since January 2018. Arjan also operates Exonatura since February 2007, focusing on sales, after-sales, and education. Previous roles include Projectleider Sociaal Domein at Zorgbelang Zuid Holland (2009-2019), where responsibilities encompassed self-management and civil society advising, and Adviseur Versterking Wmo for the program ‘Aandacht voor Iedereen’ from March 2012 to March 2018, which was funded by VWS. Arjan's career began with advising in social development and youth work at MOOI Zoetermeer from 1994 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a diploma in POST HBO Samenlevingsopbouw from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, CMV studies at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, and a diploma in Sociale Dienstverlening from ROC Rotterdam.
