Floriane Hibelot has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as an Event Planning Intern at Aéria Events. Floriane then worked as a Marketing & Communication Intern at Photofusion Photography Centre in 2012. In 2013, they interned as an Assistant Client Manager at Agence Démésthène, where they managed client relationships and promotional campaigns. Floriane joined Air France in 2015 as a Complementary Onboard Personnel for long-haul flights. Floriane also worked as a Consumer & Market Insight Analyst Junior at AccorHotels during the same period. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Capgemini Invent as a Consultant on High-Citizen Services and Heart Team Playbook. In 2019, Floriane joined WeMaintain as Responsible for Scaling Operations and later took on roles as Head of Revenue Operations & Supply Chain and Lead Product Manager for Customer Growth. Floriane recently joined Maestro in 2022 as a Coach Ops Automation.
Floriane Hibelot has a Full-Stack Web Developer diploma from Le Wagon in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Marketing & Management, Strategy at TBS Education from 2014 to 2017. In 2013, they studied Langue chinoise at National Sun Yat-Sen University and also spent a semester abroad studying Marketing & Management. Floriane obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Marketing & Business from ESC DIJON in 2013. Floriane has additional certifications in Testing with Agile, Agile Meets Design Thinking, Managing an Agile Team, and Running Product Design Sprints, obtained through Coursera in 2019.
