Hatem M'hamd is a talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment. Currently serving as a talent acquisition IT (RPO) at Wemanity Group since January 2024, Hatem contributes to organizational growth through the recruitment of future consultants. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Manager at AROLLA from February 2021 to December 2023, Hatem managed the full-cycle recruiting process for internal roles. Additional experience includes roles as an International IT Recruitment Consultant at Approach People Recruitment and an IT Recruitment Consultant at Expectra, both focused on candidate screening and recruitment across France. Hatem also worked as an IT talent acquisition specialist at Michael Page. Hatem holds a Master 2 degree in marketing and brand innovation and a Master 1 degree in human resources from OMNES Education.
