Matheus Alves de Lima

Matheus Alves de Lima has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Matheus began their career as an Intern at IBM Global Services in 2010. Matheus then worked as an Auditor at Deloitte from 2011 to 2013. Following that, Matheus worked as a Financial Management Analyst at LATAM Airlines in 2013 and as an Innovation Consultant at CNPq from 2015 to 2017. At CNPq, they were responsible for applying innovation methodologies and developing strategic plans for a portfolio of 50 companies. Matheus then joined Sebrae-SP in 2017 as an Innovation Project Manager, where they coordinated innovation projects and taught on topics related to innovation and entrepreneurship. In 2020, Matheus joined weme as a Service and Business Designer. Matheus later took on roles as a Design OKRs Lead and a Design Lead before becoming a Senior Design Lead in 2022. At weme, Matheus led teams, managed project resources, and focused on the long-term success of their clients. Additionally, in 2021, Matheus co-founded SouCampo, where they served as a Cofounder, Designer, and Business Development professional.

Matheus Alves de Lima received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Matheus attended this institution from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from INPG Business School, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Matheus Alves de Lima also obtained several certifications. Matheus acquired the "Chora PPT" certification from Perestroika in May 2022. In November 2021, they received the "Imersão em Design de Serviço" certification from Livework Academy. Matheus achieved the "Design Thinking: The Ultimate Guide (TOP 10% in Class)" certification from The Interaction Design Foundation in August 2021. In March 2021, they obtained the "Design for Data Privacy" certification from Data Privacy Brasil. Lastly, in July 2020, they acquired the "Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate" from CertiProf.
